    SC AGMINTEST determine and quantify key quality parameters and components of oils and fats. That includes the MOSH/MOAH, 3MCPD and glycidol, Dioxins, fatty acid profile and levels of free fatty acids, tocopherol, cholesterol, lecithin, peroxide and residual technical hexane. SC AGMINTEST also offers a wide range of analyses to identify residues and contaminants, such as pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals, or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. In addition, we provide microbiological testing and GMO screening to ensure full compliance with international food safety standards.
