Why test your soil?
Understanding your soil is the first step towards effective soil and crop management. Our laboratory provides reliable data on soil fertility, nutrient availability, chemical properties and potential contamination, helping you make informed decisions and maintain the quality of your soil.
Regular soil analysis helps to:
-
assess soil fertility and nutrient availability;
-
monitor soil acidity and salinity;
-
evaluate organic carbon content;
-
identify potential pesticide residues;
-
assess the elemental composition of soil;
-
support agricultural and environmental monitoring;
-
make informed decisions regarding soil management and crop production.
Analysis we can provide for you
Our soil testing portfolio includes basic soil fertility parameters, nutrient availability, organic matter assessment, pesticide residues and elemental composition.
Soil Fertility & Chemical Properties. We provide testing of key parameters used to assess soil condition and fertility, including:
∙ Total Nitrogen
∙ pH
∙ Nitrate Nitrogen
∙ Mobile Phosphorus Compounds
∙ Specific Electrical Conductivity
∙ Organic Carbon
Multi-Residue Pesticide Screening: Comprehensive LC-MS/MS & GC-MS/MS screening covering organochlorine, organophosphorus, organonitrogen, pyrethroids, carbamates, fungicides and herbicides.
∙ Elemental Composition. We determine the total content of elements in soil using ICP-based analysis. This testing can be used to assess the elemental composition of soil and monitor the presence of elements relevant to soil quality and contamination assessment.
